I used the Talking photo program years ago, and would highly recommend it based on that experience alone. I used a picture of a dog and hit record and spoke what I wanted him to say, and the program automatically made the photo come alive. It was amazing to see the photo of him talking and blinking his eyes and tilting his head. I was able to customize it even more to fit his personality. Since that was 8 or 9 years ago, I am sure it has only got better. Thank you, PQ talking photo!
